MY APPROACH
I believe in understanding the root cause of pain & discomfort to offer targeted solutions that last.
My passion lies in unraveling the source of each person’s pain to offer tailored support for lasting improvements.
Working with your body’s physiological rhythms, I release stuck fascia, trigger points, muscle adhesions & chronic pain so you can get the relief you need now.
My technique pulls from the most effective massage & bodywork modalities to have you feeling better faster.
Trigger Point Massage
-
Trigger point massage is all about hitting areas in the body that are so tense they impact the nervous system. This specialized technique helps free up pockets of contracted muscle fiber, known as trigger points, that not only inhibit the body’s ability to move freely but also cause localized discomfort and can even lead to referred pain.
As we gently free the stuck fibers—or muscle adhesions—we restore the body’s natural range of motion, treating both the discomfort associated with the trigger points plus any referred pain they may have been causing.

Fascia Massage
-
Fascia—a protective layer that envelops our muscles, blood vessels, and organs—can get tight as we experience emotional stress or physical issues, restricting movement and circulation and leading to pain. I use myofascial release and fascia stretching to break cycles of chronic physical and emotional tension to deliver meaningful and enduring relief.
Myofascial release uses long holds with assisted movement to gently release the fascia and free the underlying connective tissue, restoring physical mobility while addressing the frozen emotions that may be trapped in the body. As we treat the cause of the tension, we also break the painful feedback loop and enable the body to find a natural state of ease.

sports Massage therapy
-
Sports massage is a collection of techniques used to treat stiff muscles, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury. Active Release Technique (ART) is like a deep-tissue massage combined with targeted movement to break up knots and tissue restrictions.
Another sports massage technique I use is Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which helps with both active and passive movement in areas where the brain has locked down the musculature. PNF helps your muscles and brain communicate to increase mobility and range of motion so that you can avoid injury and use your body more functionally.

Increases Flexibility
Stabilizes Joints
Improves Functional Movement
Addresses Repetitive Stress Issues
Our bodies protect themselves by tensing or armoring against perceived threats—but they often don’t know the difference between physical and existential problems.
Stress, anger, sadness, and grief impact how we inhabit our bodies, causing long-term changes that affect posture and tension, which can lead to pain.
Working with Emotions
in the Body
Together, we’ll work at your body’s pace, using long holds to let the nervous system calm and settle before gently introducing movement into tight or frozen places.
As we release stuckness and tension, we allow the body to integrate emotions trapped in the tissues to help your body stay relaxed and pain-free after your session.
